Knoxville is going to get a colonic, wich means they insert a tube into his rectum and let warm water flow through his intestines. When the water leaves, most of the feces in his intestines will flow away with the water.
Description[]
Johnny Knoxville, disguised as Santa, arrives at "The Body Rooters" to get a colonic. Linda, the lady from the colonic place greets him and tells him she thought it was a joke. Once inside, she explains to him what a colonic is all about, she then introduces him to Ron, her assistant, who is going to insert the tube into Johnny's rectum. Some conversation passes and they show the feces flowing through the tube. When they finally remove the tube, Johnny instantly goes to the toilet to let out the remainder of the water and feces.
